Return & Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, receive(s) the last item of your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, submit a return request through your customer account or contact us at info@minibrickcustom.com.

Exception: Personalized & Custom-Made Items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (Article 16(c), EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU). This includes all custom brick figures, personalized photo frames, nesting dolls, flipbooks, and calendars made to order at Mini Brick Custom — unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Returns

If your item is eligible for return, it must be returned unused and in its original condition within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is defective.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
